Has anyone this problem with kodi 17.1 and pvr simple cliente when you try to insert a m3u big list?

What kind of problem? If you've got a list of 2500 from the internet chances are it is full of dead links anyway. You'd need to provide a debug log for anyone to be able to help.

For most such lists of that size, they come from the internet and are stuffed full of illegally sourced pirate streams.
If that is the case then it's a violation of our piracy policy (wiki) and not something we will assist with.
