I have a feature request for bulk editing but I don't know where to post it. 
Anyway, this is it:

as I can guess from your request, you are speaking from the TV show module - right?

but why would you need a bulk editing for
* showtitle
* rating
* votes
* plot

since that fields differ for all selected elements?

Hi! Sorry for late reply.
Showtitle: When making personal TVseries or adding extras/specials to a series it makes it a lot easier/faster adding showtitle to the nfos.
Rating: I hate when other people tell me what is a good show or a good movie. I like to decide for my own. I manually delete all ratings in my nfos.
Votes: The same...
Plot: When making personal TVseries/Videos as a series. It makes it also easier to delete wrongly written plots to multiple video files.
