I was hoping someone would be interested in adding built in functions to generate the music and video xml database dumps. As well I feel it would be important to be able to specify a path to save the export.xml when called.
The idea behind this is to automate from a remote source.
1) be able to get the xbox to dump its database
2) download it from the xbox via http
3) process the data (ex. take a musicdb.xml and write all ratings to id3 tags)
In my case I will be trying to automate this as a crontab job on a Linux server.
Thoughts, suggestions? Please reply!
