I have several directories and different languages for each

TV Shows:
TV Shows – English
TV Shows CS – Slovak&Czech
TV Shows RU – Russian
TV Shows Kids – English

To upload the log, follow this. Make sure you upload the FULL log. If you upload part of a log, it will be ignored. I don't know what operating system you are using, so I will just assume windows

The log file is named kodi.log and it is located in C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata.
You must locate this log file and copy it's contents to a pastebin type site as follows:

• Navigate to the \kodi directory as described above, and locate the file named kodi.log
  
• Open the file with Notepad and copy all the contents of the document
  
• Locate a Pastebin type site. Two examples are https://pastebin.com/ or https://paste.ubuntu.com/
  
• Paste the contents of the kodi.log file
  
• Press Paste or Generate
  
• When the screen refreshes with your paste, copy the entire address in the address bar and paste it into a new message in your thread

The same problem with “Commissaire Magellan”: https://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=266026&lid=17

You have your scraper set to English, according to your log, but there is no English version at the TVDB. There is only a French version. You will need to change your scraper setting to French to scrape this show.

Easiest way to do this...

navigate to the tv show in Videos>Files>TV Shows>Commissaire Magellan (2009)
Call up the context menu and select Change Content
Go to Settings, and change the language to French

Yes that setting will only apply to the directory you changed. If you applied it to the Commissare Magellan directory, then it affects only that show. If you did it to the TV Show directory, it affects all the shows in that directory.
