I have build a new HTPC, with mb j4205
At start-up I see first bios text then
sometimes I see the libreelec logo and mostly some flickering images then only a arrow .(delay If network is active) afterthat kodi logo.

The flickering images are my problem

Could this be a video problem?
I could not found a list  which GPUs  are supported at librelec or openelec

Or does anyone know this problem?

j4205 has an intel GPU which is supported by LibreELEC and Kodi in general.

Can you do a video with your smartphone from that flickering and upload it somewhere. So we might be able to see what it does look like.

Also try the most obvious things...test another TV/monitor, use a different HDMI cable, use a different port on the TV etc...

Could you please test a current beta: https://libreelec.tv/downloads/preview/

You are trying 8.0.2 in that case, which will ship Kodi 17.3. It might be, that the board is too new for that version. So please confirm you have the same issue with the current LibreELEC beta.

If you still have the same issue, please get us a logfile.

You upload your log to pastebin.com or some other text upload website, and share the URL in your forum post.

http://kodi.wiki/view/Log

or for LibreELEC:

https://libreelec.wiki/how_to/provide_logfile

If you want to go the SSH way: https://libreelec.wiki/accessing_libreelec

after SSH´d in (username: root - password: libreelec) enter: pastebinit /storage/.kodi/temp/kodi.log

and post the URL you will get after the command above.

Hi Milhouse

How can i set this file on a bootable USB ?, normally the file has a extension " LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-8.0.2.img.gz"
I use the tool "LibreELEC.USB-SD.Creator.Win32.exe"

When i use the file "LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.0-Milhouse-20170927231131-#0927b-g195c4b1.tar"it is not creating a bootable USB

You don't need to install fresh. You are able to up-/dowgrade to any version by putting those *.tar or *.img.gz files in the update folder on your libreelec machine. Read:

https://libreelec.wiki/accessing_libreel...__sambasmb

There is a video which shows how to connect to LE via the Samba shares and there is also a update-folder. Copy the file you got from Milhouse directly to that folder and reboot after.
