I am playing kodi 17.4 on three devices and it works on two of them but the third on is acting up. It is extremly glitchy. i am running a ATI mobility Radeon HD 4250. while one other is playing off that and the other is off Intel. i have looked at all the other links and have yet to find a way to fix this.
