Hi guys is it possible to setup some of the settings in the config.xml file manually.

The reason i say this is that i have this running on a headless linux server and want it to rename the files and folders for me. As the machine doesn't have a desktop this is not possible to do via the gui.

any help would greatly be appreciated.

Sure.
All config is saved there.
You also could configure on a machine with GUI, and copy just needed parts to headless machine's config.xml...
