I wonder if kodi can play videos with HDR/Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos Sound.

Atmos, yes.  HDR, no.  At least the official windows version.  No idea about others.  So I use an external player that does.  How to in the guide below.

 Yes, I can verify HDR10 is playing from Android Kodi to TV. 
LG OLED shows "HDR" popup when video played.

Not sure about ATMOS. Thought I have set "allow passthrough" the ATMOS popup does display. (Plex Android on same box does passthrough ATMOS so I know the hardware is working correctly)
I'm looking for answer on ATMOS...
