Quick question, Does 17.x support advanced filtering in addons? just wondering if I'm screwing up in my code, because I don't seem to be able to get the option to appear or maybe Estuary Skin doesn't support advanced filter? I have tried other skins but I still don't seem to get this to work.

I want the ability to filter by genre etc..

I've tried searching the forums and googling , but fail to see anyone mentioning anything about the issue.

I'm populating 'genre' and setting 'mediatype' to 'movie', I'm able to see this information populated pressing 'i' , but as i said, advanced filtering on the left menu never appears.

Any wisdom or insight about this is welcome
