Hi
I am trying to stream my vids and pictures to my Kodi box from my iPad iOS 11 and also my iPhone iOS 10 , but I am not getting anywhere with it , can anyone suggest a way to do it .

that's not really what kodi is about, but it does support upnp, does ios?

Thanks for your reply , not sure about ios will check that out , but I can not also stream from my laptop to my Kodi box even though I have Kodi app on my laptop V17.5 Krypton ! .

Scrape your movies into the kodi db on your ios/laptop device and enable the upnp service on those kodi installations. On your set top box browse upnp and find your media.
