v18 Grid for Leia
I really got use to this skin! I know that this is not complete, but does here anyone using this skin on v18 on RPi (Debian)?

I have tried it on Windows on RC2 back then I think, but it was a total crap, it didn't even showed any movies/tv shows in the library.

Really love this skin, hope it will somehow work on v18! Please let me know

Trying to install this skin, looks very good from the screenshots.

I'm running LibreELEC 8.95 beta 2 with Kodi 18 RC4 on Odroid C2 (Amlogic S905).

I don't see the option to install it via the "Get more..." option in Skins. (In fact I don't see the number of skins in the screenshot for Step 6 https://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Change_skins and Estouchy is not installed by default either. Maybe it's a LibreELEC limitation?)

For the beta, I was able to install the repo, but I get "Could not connect to repository" when I try to open Jeroen's Repo from the list of installed repos.

Does anyone know which file to edit (and in what fashion) in order to bring back the track title? After upgrading to Leia, whenever a track is played its title is missing. I suppose this is due to changes in skinning engine and it shouldn't be a lot of hassle to bring it back, or am I wrong? Smile

Thanks in advance for any pointers!

You may just want to download it from Jeroen's gitlab and install manually from zip Wink

Thanks. Although I also need dependencies using this method.

Is the repo working for anyone else? I see the addon.xml file points to https://gitlab.com/jeroenpardon/reposito...aw/master/ which is 404 for me.

Here you go https://wvcd.eu/index.php/s/LrJi5PSQmBKGZ2r Repo's not working for me either, I guess it's just down.

Anyone on the missing track title in fullscreen view? Been browsing through xmls without success. I'm a skinning dummie and would appreciate some help, I don't really switch to another skin, got used to Grid and I'd like to keep using it Smile
Thanks.

Ok, so I managed to figure the missing song title out. For anyone interested, updated file is under below link (just replace it in 'xml' folder).

Is there a way to access LibreELEC settings using this skin?

After the latest kodi 18 RC, my setup disabled the skin saying it's no longer compatible.

In case anyone else is getting this: you can go into the skins addon folder (Linux: ~/.kodi/addons/skin_grid. Windows: no idea, but you've got bigger problems) and change the contents of addon.xml. Somewhere near the top is the line  <import addon="xbmc.gui" version="5.13.0"/>. Change the number to 5.14.0, restart Kodi, enable the addon via the addon menu and you'll be able to select it again. So far, it seems nothing is (more) broken.

Hoping to help people stumbling on this thread with the same issue Smile I'm still quite happy with the skin. Especially the way the widgets are implemented is still unique.

Heya,

My Nvidia Shield just updated to Kodi v18 and now GRiD isn't working anymore. It doesn't even show up in the repository when I've checked show incompatible...
Any idea what's going on?

It is still listed in "My Addons" and when I try to update it doesn't say "Kodi Repository" but "Local cache"
