Due to a disk crash I've had to rebuild my system.

I'm using the Titan skin with metadata being supplied from Emby.

For some reason the episodes are being shown one out of order, so episode 1 in the list is actually playing episode 2 and to play episode 1 I have to play the last listed episode.

Any ideas.

That is not skin related because the skin will only display whatever metadata Kodi is providing. The skin itself will not manipulate the files and/or metadata in any way, with the exception for some additional data like rotten tomatoes ratings and such.

If I were you I'd start with a complete reset of the Emby Kodi sync. There's a setting to reset the database in the options.
