Which would be a good ISP to use.

Currently, I use SKY for my internet connection but they are blocking Kodi download so I can't access without a vpn.

I am based in the UK.

I would also suspect what they are blocking would violate our piracy policy (wiki) and indeed quite possibly UK and European law, so it's not something we'd have any interest in supporting anyway.
