Your intent is good, but unfortunately Team Kodi are not members of the Tea Leaf Reading community. On top of that, our crystal ball is out for maintenance again due to another overload of requests.

So in order to be able to fix any problems in the latest nightly builds, we will need much more information than just "it doesn't work properly". Unfortunately, software bugs do not fix themselves. Smile

You shouldn't need psychic powers to know what's changed between those versions...

And Propi, if you want to help then you would reinstall the latest nightly and provide the log as requested.

I have the same problem with the main menu. When I finished watching a movie, the menu is not responding. After switching to my desktop and back, or using the mouse, is starts working again.
The logs show some lines which I feel like having to do something with this issue:

While we obviously know what goes in between different versions and from that may even be able to make an educated guess on what set of changes have likely caused the issue, but since we don't purposely add buggy code we still need debug logs to see what exactly is failing to know what code part needs to be re-evaluated.

Github provides methods to see code pages.

With last v18 nightly some live tv channels do not work anymore. Switching back to channel that runs before let kodi crash or freeze. I notice also some light stutter when playing recorded .ts streams and in live tv. The video stutter begun with win10 fixes in nightly from 13.11.  or 14.11.2017. The stutter stops when displaying osd windows.
I think the channels that not work are with 720p50.

Since October i have issues to play my recorded tv .ts files for some (German) channels like NDR HD, WDR HD. Videos does not start (CU Lyric search for songtext!), while recorded .ts files from channels like 13th street HD plays very well. I halso have the issue that same German channels have jerking or studdering when viewing live. Because of the big file size i add Log into my Onedrive.
Hope the issues can be fixed.
