I'm new to Kodi, hoping it will successfully replace MCE. I have a fresh installation of Kodi with just the NextPVR plugin added. I'm getting regular crashes. When I come back to the machine after any period of time, Kodi has always crashed. During normal use, crashes most frequently happen when I either stop watching something I've recorded (i.e. press the stop button) or when seeking whilst watching something. The kodi.log doesn't mean much to me. The Application error events are pointing the finger at ntdll.dll
I have captured the logs for 2 such crashes:

I found lots of old threads about this problem but for earlier versions with no definitive solution. What's the up to date view on the most likely things and what to try first? Update drivers? Update to Windows 10!?
