I have a Zidoo android box, running kodi 17.6. Any thing i stream will always have to be offset by 0.25seconds which is fine however it randomly desyncs at random places of the stream? Is there something set up wrong?

Yes. Line 137 in your Debug Log

First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
