Aspect ratio flag
#1
Appears to be a bug - tinyMediaManager ignores the aspect ratio flag in an MKV and calculates aspect ratio just via the video's dimensions (including if the crop flags are set, which I do like) - the NFO reflects the aspect ratio that tinyMediaManager calculates. The aspect ratio flag should take precedence, though.

could you send me a mediainfo-xml from such a mkv?
don't know how and if mediainfo reports the aspect ratio from an mkv..

just download mediainfo; open the mkv and export the results into an mkv (somewhere in the menus)

Sure - this is for the movie Morvern Callar. DVD is 16x9 enhanced I believe, and when I remove the black bars at top and bottom I get pixel dimensions of 704x464 (1.5:1), with a display aspect ratio of 1.85:1.
