Analysing Video Files
#1
Is there any such thing for analysing video files to determine codecs used, frame rate, resolution etc?

Lately I've had issues with playback of video files (stuttering video and out of sync audio etc)

If there a tool sufficient enough to determine the above, what sort of things should I look out for?

My setup includes an Amazon Fire TV and am Nvidia Shield, using a shared MySql library mainly playing 1080p movies.
