So what's the final word on Gemini Lake and HDR? Do you guys think the J5005 will support it? I've been waiting since November to finally upgrade my Q6600 and AMD entry level 7000 series GPU HTPC. Was thinking Gemini Lake would be the perfect solution with it's low power consumption (wouldn't feel guilty just leaving it on 24/7) and HDMI 2.0 [email protected] capability. Not sure if I should just throw in the towel already and get an i3 7000 series NUC and call it a day. They can do [email protected] and supposedly HDR, but I've heard bad things about the LPSCON converters.
