Hey there,

This is what Kodi returns by default in a local library node of episodes:
ListItem.Title = Episode-Name
ListItem.Label = 1x01 Episode-Name

So the season and episode is added to the ListItem.Label and ListItem.Title returns the plain episode name.
Our problem is that we cannot achieve to get this working on a plugin based content. As soon as we set a title, the already optional set label gets overwritten with the same value of the title. 

Any idea? Or is it not possible for video plugins?

Found the issue. We missed the SORT_METHOD for episode to transform the given title.
