I am assuming since I started using Krypton as with Jarvis there wasn't an issue My pioneer sc95 receiver shows PCM audio now I know in the past when pass through was not checked it would revert to PCM on my receiver but now wheather it is checked or not I get PCM audio. It is a Kodi issue as my sattelite shows the correct coding ie dolby digital and I ran a couple of videos on the computer that has Kodi and they show either dolby atmos or dolby digital  any known issues or is there additional setting I have to do with Krypton to get it back to letting the receiver run the audio. I have it set to passthrough wasapi

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.
