OK, Firstly I Am New To Python Coding. I Can Do Bits Of Ht/Xml, But Am Struggling With Python (maybe Cos im using notepad as an editor!)

Im Trying To Write A Python Script/Plugin To Acces An "Index'ed Site" (may not be right name but hopefully you get what i mean) I Mentioned This In The XBox Support Area As Was Told The "Plugin Maker" Would be Able To Do This.

I Managed To Get Plugin Maker From The SVN And Got Stuck.

I Ran Build.bat, Which Generated A default.py, plugin.py & Resources folder, transfered these to my Box, Ran The Script As Was Asked "Browse For Video Directory" And Was Presented With The Usual:

C:\
C:\
DVD Drive
DVD-Rom Drive
E:\
E:\
etc, etc
(side note, does anyone else have double drives?)

But Nowhere Were I Can Type An Http,

So I Told It To Use G:\Videos For The Moment, It Created The Plugin Sucsessfully, And Works For G:\Videos

So I Ftp'd The New Plugin Thinking, "I Can Just Replace The Line G:\Videos With The Http!"

No Such Luck, Can Spot It Anywhere

So As A Self Proclaimed n00b At Python Can Someone Assist Please?

look at the wiki.. for python examples. then modify the plugin to suit your needs

cheers! python's not as difficult as i'd first thought, although im still struggling with my script! But given time i'll figure it, good old trial and error!
