Hi guys,
Don't know where else to look for hep about this.
I'm wanting to root my device so I can get the latests firmware for my device so I can then get the up to date Kodi. The current manufacturer is no longer releasing anymore updates for my android box. I have a Himedia android box. So basically I need to root it and do it the other way. Im stuck with 4.4.2 android version.
My question is, how can I either create a root for my android box on a usb stick created on a pc and then put it on my android box. Or how can I connect the android box to my pc and root it from my pc.
The option of doing it directly form my android box is out of the question, I am having no luck doing in from the android box itself. everything keeps failing.
