Hi. I have bought 2 H96 Pro Plus boxes (2gb RAM) ann am on Android 7.1. 

With both boxes, when playing video files from kodi, if I forward wind by a substantia amount the picture freezes, although the video counter and sometimes audio keep playing. It does not unfreeze - I have to re-start the video.

Can anyone suggest why both boxes are doing this?

I have played both through my home ISP and through Nord VPN. The same things happen with both.

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.
