Is it possible somehow to save adjusted subtitles. I mean that you download subtitle which is not sync with video and then if you could adjust correct timings and save it

The subtitle offset value is stored in the video library in the 'settings' database table in the SubtitleDelay field. Mind in you, it's only 1 value for the whole subtitle file.
