Hi,
After the second update, the h265 4k go very very slow, as a “moviola mode”.
Before the update no problem with them, on xbox one S.
I use NFS in Kodi with my Synology Nas over gigabit ethernet.
Sorry for my English
Regards from Italy

We’ve had to disabled hardware decoding of hevc/x265 since 4k Main 10 content was causing crashes, so now that’s it’s software decode only the crash issue is solved but certain content maybe too much for the xbox cpu to do software decode.

Will it be re-enabled in the future?

Actually I got it slightly wrong before, I thought hevc hardware decode had been completely disabled, but just double checked and it’s only disabled for 4k hevc main 10, so any 4k hevc that IS NOT main 10 profile should still be hardware decoded.
