Hi all
We were discussing about a bug affecting 3D movie playback when Kodi is set to 4K output, in the libreelec amlogic forum.

It came out that the problem is affecting Kode itself and it is not libreelec/amlogic specific.
The problem is that when starting a 3D playback, with Kodi output set to 2160p, the video output mode is wrong. My projector reports invalid 4k stream
As you know there is no 3D support (neither an approved standard) for 4K.
The correct behavior (such what PS4, Xbox One X do) is to switch to 1080p first, and then send 3D info to the TV, as Kodi perfectly does with GUI mode set to 1080p
