I’ve turned on all the relevant UPnP/DLNA settings and turned on airplay function also but still can’t see kofi show up in the airplay section on iOS, any idea as to why this is?

Streaming what?

From memory Apple broke this a few versions of iOS ago, and only audio streaming was vaguely working now (and you have to turn off video streaming in the settings to get even that).
