upgrade is having a problem with atop service

running kodi 17.8

A few things...

- Please don't post log files/snippets directly into the forum. We prefer you upload them to https://pastebin.com or similar text upload website. It keeps our forum database from getting bloated.
- Always provide FULL kodi debug log (wiki) files. Also enable debugging and restart Kodi for a new, clean log file. You never know when errors are building up.
- There is (officially) no Kodi 17.8 version.

just to confirm: is atop part of OSMC distribution?

as you ran it as a command from a console it´s part of the OS. If the OS is OSMC it should be part of it, yes .

atop is part of distribution and nothing to do with kodi.
