Since the regional update a month or so ago streams take longer to start and in many cases end up being very low quality (ie 360p) whereas before there were no problems getting 1080p.

2.3.10 (2019-04-07)
- added 'Game Reviews' category. This was needed because not all game reviews show up the 'Reviews' category
- fixed displaying the video in the correct resolution
- removed testing on presence of the videos. This should speed up the addon a bit.

Same for me. All videos are stuttering in 720p or 1080p. Other video addons work fine.

You could try renaming advancedsettings.xml to something else to see if that fixes the issue. Or try it on a fresh portable install of kodi. The addon has no influence on how smooth the videos are played, this is the responsibility of the kodi video player.

@Skipmode A1 I've noticed a lot of videos seem to be different to the actual title and when I checked IGN.com I found there were sometimes multiple videos within the same article.

Take the Control review - the first video is the actual review but the one that plays with this addon is the second one which is the trailer.

Hopefully it's not too much trouble to fix.

Thanks.

It's not looking good, the recent review videos are now behind an api. And it uses a hash to select what query to do. I don't see how to determine that hash...

https://mollusk.apis.ign.com/graphql?ope...c%22%7D%7D

Maybe i'm missing something but atm i'm stuck.

Might be time to kill the addon and use the youtube addon instead...
