I can still run Kodi directly but if I use Launcher4Kodi it throws an error.  The last line in the Kodi log is

Not sure where this file is physically located.  But running Kodi directly works fine.

Re-installed Launcher4kodi but issue remains.  Does anyone know what is happening?
