Is there any movement in creating a new label "PVR.EpgEventStartTime"? Player.StartTime no longer works for live TV or radio. A trac ticket was opened some time ago: https://trac.kodi.tv/ticket/17754
PVR.EpgEventFinishTime has been implemented: https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/13228, but not PVR.EpgEventStartTime.

Was just about to ask the same thing, but then sighted this post. Really hope start time gets added again.
My OSD is now looking odd with an end time, but no start time for the programme item.....

This has now been resolved: https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/13642/...71d9c293e9 VideoPlayer.StartTime now returns the starting time of both TV and Radio programs.
