Does TMM support multiple libraries, e.g. movies (general) and kids movies?

For simplicity - no.
But you can make multiple copies of TMM folder - we are fully portable.
Other way would be, to use tags & filter what you want...

you could also put your "main" movies into one data source and the kids movies into another data source and split them in tinyMediaManager via the data source filter.
or as myron said - use 2 copies of tmm
