Can anybody point me in the right direction to fix this issue.

As header states.

Crashes on startup / Main menu screen.. (the main menu screen - Loads up everything then crashes)

Brand new install of window 7 - service pack 1 plus windows6.1 KB976932 x 86  --- windows6.1 KB26700838 x 86

Iv had kodi running before on this same computer in windows 7 , But i recently re installed windows and then installed Kodi and got the crash...

Any help would be great Thanks.

Please gather a debug log (wiki), upload it to pastebin.com and supply their link here. See the advanced section of that wiki link on how to do it, as you obviously won't be able to do so from within Kodi itself (it's not too difficult, but if you need more help to do so let us know here).
