I'm looking for perhaps a guide, suggestions, etc., to turn a Android Tablet (Android V.6.0.1) into a dedicated Kodi remote. Using Kore or Yatse. Meaning, a stripped down version of Android, with no security, always on, etc.

I've been searching for anything on it, not sure if I'm using the incorrect lingo or what.

Is there such a thing? Is it possible. I've never really tinkered with Android OS, so don't know much about it...
