All with ESN number from "original" Netflix Addon, HDR profiles enabled, DolbyVision disabled and following inputstream settings:
Does that mean they did not change the ESN number?

edit: if you change your ESN in the settings.xml, you have to delete the "msl_data.json" on your device.
if you change it directly in the Kodi addon, it´s done automatically. (all credits to peak3d !)
