That helps a lot, as I have never read anywhere else that it was required. It now allows me to launch, sign in, and navigate. Playback is interrupted with an error saying that inputstream is not available
Is the input stream add-on enabled from what I recall it's usually disabled and you need to enable it. Well that is the case with my Android install at least.
During my earlier (sadly abortive) attempt at getting Netflix running on my Raspberry Pi 3B, I found the inputstream addon wasn't available from the Kodi repo or any other common ones I tried.
I ended up installing it as a package (e.g. via apt-get). Right now I don't have access to confirm the package name, but I seem to recall you can get it with
