Hi there, I am trying to install the Netflix addon onto my X86 Android Car Head Unit but once i installed it from the repo a notification pops out from the top right and says "Netflix error: please check log"

From what I can see is that your unit does not have the widevine library. Install DRMinfo app from the playstore and run it, it will show if your unit supports widevine or not.
Most Android headend units are rooted by default and are not widevine capable
