I use Odroid C2 with LibreELEC 8.2.4. PVR IPTV Simple Client crushes after 1-2 minutes. I checked m3u on PC with VLC Player and KODI with IPTV Simple Client - everything works fine. Any help?

Enable the "wait for network" boot delay in LibreELEC setting.  Also try updating the Kodi repo.
