v17 Can't scan in one particular TV Show
#1
I have the below TV Show which I am trying to add to my Kodi library...

https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/76340-tee-...-song-time

This is the only TV Show I have an issue with. When the scraper starts doing it's work I know it has found the show on TMDB because it resolves the name in the top right corner of the screen, however no episodes are added.

These are the filenames:

Tee and Mo Song Time S1E01 Go To Sleep
Tee and Mo Song Time S1E02 Are We Ready to Go
Tee and Mo Song Time S1E03 Were Not Tidying Up
Tee and Mo Song Time S1E04 Come On Get Up

The folder structure is:

Tee and Mo Song Time\Season 1

To me, this is perfect and should have no issues whatsoever with scraping the information from the TMDB link I posted above. Is there something missing from the TMDB entry on the website?

I am using Android TV so I don't think there is any way to get the debug logs off the device... however, I can confirm that the issue also exists on Windows 10 and Amazon Firestick TV as well.

Why use a movie scraper (TMDB) when the show is also available on TheTVDB (with a slightly different episode order) ?

I had no problem scraping your show at TMDB using the names and folder structure you detailed above.

You will need to provide a Debug_Log (wiki). The instructions are in my signature. Use the Basic method. Once you have enabled debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging, restart Kodi then replicate the problem. In your case, try to scrape the tv show. Once done upload to https://pastebin.com/ or https://paste.ubuntu.com/ and link back here. Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs

TMDB does TV as well as movies, and there is a TMDB TV scraper.

That's great thanks. I am using an Android Bravia television, is release notes that describe how to extract the logs?

Also sorry for the very long delay.

The simplest way is via the Kodi Log Uploader add-on, which you should find in the program add-ons section of the official (built-in) repo.

Thanks. I just made a suggestion that an uploader option be added where the debug log option is located in the settings. I didn't know this add on existed. Many thanks.
