Access the video library from the German spoken section of Swiss Radio and Television (SRF).

Installation
You can get this addon from the official "Kodi Add-on repository".
If you would like to manually install this addon, get the newest version as a zip file from here.

Actually I have a problem: I would like to watch some seasons of "Auf und davon" (you know, the one with Hermann in Canada which praised the "ultimativi Läbensqualität").
I can find this episodes online at
https://www.srf.ch/play/suche?query=auf%20und%20davon
But I have no chance to find them inside this KODI-Addon.

Do you know any hint how I could search for this?
I assume, they should be in the DOK section, but there is no visible sort order nor search function.

Could you please tell us how to find such series or episode?

I remember that "Auf und davon" was listed in the "All shows" category. But it is gone now (probably because they don't have current episodes anymore...).
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to watch it with the plugin. You could open a "Feature request" on the github page to add a search function for the plugin. I will add it, when I have time.

Is the add-on broken or only a problem on my side?
I get "SRF Play Error - Check the log for more information" and "SRG SSR - failed to open URL"
Sorry I don't know where this log located. In browser SRF Play working.

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.
