Hello kodi community,

I was using ubuntu 17.10 and then installed kodi to my computer.

Since after restarting the computer kodi boots/auto starts and so i can not access my ubuntu desktop.

and i have done nothing to make kodi boot, i only installed it and some addons.

I need to solve this ,

------- SOLUTION FOR ME IS BELOW ------------------

1-) Click power icon   at top left
2-) Select exit from pop up menu
3-) Ubuntu login window will appear. Then click user and before enter the password there is little gear sign  click it and select "Ubuntu on Xorg"
4-) Enter the password and you are back to ubuntu desktop again

Logout and change the session to Ubuntu

Did you select the Ubuntu session at the login page of Ubuntu?
And 'simply' exiting from the Kodi power menu does not work?
