When I do a search of the movie, it always gives me the argument in English, but when I give it to download metadata, it is put in Spanish as I have it configured.
Is a bug?

in the search, you get the title which the search-engine you've chosen returns

e.g.
search = imdb
title = tmdb

as we know, imdb has a poor support of localized content, thus the search response is probably in EN
