I run Kodi nightlies and within the last week of releases, it's no longer allowing full screen on my secondary display. It lets me select it, then flick straight back to first display.

I've rolled back to a version on the 28th of April which was working properly, just wasn't sure where to log a bug report, and thought it may be handy to pass on.

I can concur April 28th works, Git:20180428-94737c2f6a while KodiSetup-20180506-8257c479-master-x64 appears to have that function broken.

Activity is: run Kodi windowed then drag to 2nd screen, expand to full screen (Kodi immediately jumps to primary screen) exit.

Same for me, my primary screen have resolution 3840x2160 60hz, the second screen 1920x1080 60hz, I insert in whitelist the 2 options, but Kodi refuse to jump to second screen. Using Kodi 18, windows 10 64 bits.

This issue appear after team insert this new feature, whitelist (settings, system, display).

Compiling this new Pull Request don´t fix issue yet

https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/13860 breaks multimon configs. We are working on fixing this.
