hi. using kodi 17.6 on win 10, celeron j4005 proc
when i switch channel its almost instant (<1 second). i see new picture, but its still (not moving). and only in ~1.5-2 seconds video stream starts.
any ideas?

situation is a little different. it shows initial screen instantly, in 1-2 seconds starts playing, plays for 3-5 seconds and STARTS over from the initial place
i made a teamviewer video (cant make a better video now, no monitor is attached). the same thing for any channel. working perfectly in vlc

i found in logs that its opening initial segment TWICE
for ex XXXhttp://ott.cln.net/eurosport_2/2018/05/17/21/01/23-05760.ts
