Hello,
I've got my projector and my stereo plugged to my Raspberry Pi to watch movies and so with Kodi (in Raspbian).
I'm planning to host a party and I would like to play some music playlist while at the same time projecting muted videos.
I've always done this with my Ubuntu laptop simply by opening two VLC instances and muting one of them. However, it doesn't seem possible to open two instances with Kodi and normally you can't even meddle with configuration or other stuff while viewing / playing something.
I could always revert to the same old way, but I would prefer it if I could manage all media from my raspberry and avoid having my laptop lying around during the party.
Is there an addon or some trick that I can use to do so?
Thanks!
Margaret
