@wesk05 reported it initially I think - and I think @davilla confirmed it was a tvOS not MrMC issue, as he confirmed he was passing the correct metadata? It may have been fixed in tvOS since then.
It's relatively easy to confirm if you know the source metadata and have an HD Fury Vertex or similar which will display the metadata values in the HDMI stream.
