I have found some TV shows where the actor information is not scraped from the TVDB. An example is Monkey Trousers (TVDB link). This show has 21 actors assigned, but scraping results in no actors.

Heres the Kodi log file.

I have a few other shows with the same problem, but most have no issues.

Is there any information in the log file that could identify the cause of the problem?

Hello @Jeff

This log must be from a few days ago... The TVDB has been down today, and yesterday they updated their API so we had to push a new scraper out.

Can you update your scraper to v3.0.2 (you are still on v3.0.1) and try again once TVDB comes back on line.

To be on the safe side, remove the show from the library first, clean library, then rescrape.
