Hello,
since quite a while, my Chromebox is often freezing. Mostly when I skip video, like couple of time forward, or back, and at some point it will start to stutter and the video stops. Usually pressing stop will return me to main menu, however I do have to reboot to resume normal operation.
I noticed that when I stop the playback after the stuttering begins, and then check the hardware info, where it usually shows a CPU temperature, the temperature shows "?". The only way to fix is to reboot the system.
Concerning fan: I hear it spinning, but never really loud. Only a little louder when booting.
I already tried resetting KODI (LibreELEC), even reinstalling latest Kodi from the image manually, yet the problem persists.
Any ideas what the cause is? Is it a hardware problem, and getting a new box will solve it? Or is it something else?
