Hi. So I can't seem to find an answer for this, so asking here.
I've imported, sorted, scraped and downloaded all extra content for my movies (posters, fanart, info, etc) using TMM. But when adding the movies in Kodi, do I select TMDB or local scrape only?

I keep the default scraper which i think is tmdb
That scraper looks for local nfo before scraping online

AFAIK yes
I even think it does that regardless of which scraper you choose

Kodi will always look for local information first- nfo files, artwork, trailers etc via its internal scan process.
When it does not find local, it then invokes the scraper and finds the information via the scraper
